• Review customer objectives.
• Identify any application requirements and make recommendations as to the configuration of the system.
• Preparation of project plan and task assignment.
• Creation and installation of the nodes including customization.
• Review both internal and external devices.
• Setup SP users.
• Prepare SP Control Workstation.
• Install appropriate level of PSSP and related PTFs.
• Installing additional LPPs and/or PTFs.
• Provide Migration, Upgrade and Reconfiguration Options.
• Configure network adapters and appropriate routing.
• Make recommendations with regard to customer education requirements.
• Activate SP services.
• Providing Skills Transfer for Systems Administration and Problem Determination.
• Supply Backup & Recovery Procedures.
• Complete initial bootable backup including all customizations.
• Reboot and test system startup and shutdown procedures.
